Because the dryer duct is usually only 4 inches in diameter, the slightest amount of deposit can greatly reduce the ability to exhaust. Things to know
When you had your dryer vent cleaned before, did the technician:
- Clean your exhaust from both ends
- Clean the interior compartments after filter and fan
- Check the hose connection and if you had plastic or foil, recommend a metal one for safety
